Events
Rules
Events are open to all members of the guild, that is to say: archers, hunters, marksmen, and their kind! Guild War events must be completed in order. You can just send in your form when you've completed a round (unless otherwise indicated)!
Event 1 - Trick or Treat
The annual card hunt is here! To enter, send in a guild form saying that you're joining the event, and the high council will hand you a list of five cards for you to obtain. These cards are selected by the randomizer, so other people will not have the same set of cards to collect. You may only hand in coupons for 2 of the 5 cards.
Prize: 1 choice cards, 3 random cards, 1 random month, 5 star coins
Event 2 - Interview with a Vampire
Must have Completed Event 1
Back when Cerri was the head of the High Council here at DS!, she made us interview another person. We liked the event so much that it's coming back! So in short, you have to interview another person in the TCG. Ask five questions and have them answer them for you, then report back to us with the questions and answers! A list of people who have completed the first round will be available on the forums.
Prize: 1 choice card, 2 random cards, 1 month coupon, and 1 card from the collecting deck of the person you interview!
Event 3 - Trading your soul awayy
Must have Completed Event 2
Jaenne looking for someone to trade with! Unfortunately, she's currently kind of picky as to what cards she want, and she has a limited selection of cards to trade out. Your goal is to successfully trade with her in order to complete this round. You may trade with her here on the forums.
Prize:1 choice card, 1 random special, 2 random cards + the card you trade Jaenne for.
Event 4 - High Council Scavenger Hunt
Must have Completed Event 3
The high council needs some help finding various items for DS! Unfortunately, they seem to be a bit too busy running the town, that they haven't had time to go hunting for some of these items. Will you help them out?
- 1 funny/amusing screenshots/pictures from video games (of a decent size)
- 5 sprites from a similar theme/game
- 1 picture at least 500x500 that would be suitable for puzzles
- 1 suggestion for a guild war round
- Other suggestions for the site in general (Optional, but appreciated)
Prize: 1 choice card, 4 random cards, 5 star coins.
Event 5 - Newspaper Employment
Must have Completed all others
There's a free spot in the newspaper for new reviews and the City of DS! needs some more reviews to fill the Daily DS!'s pages! You have been hired to write up a review for the game, and hand it in to the team! The review must be handed in to the Contest email. Don't worry too much about reviewing a game that someone else has reviewed; it's free-for-all since the Daily DS! is desperate for more reviews! Please put a mark out of 10 for the game! If you are unsure about how to write the review, check out the review page .
Prize: 1 choice special, 1 choice regular, 2 randoms + at the end of the month you'll receive X amount of random cards equal to the number of people who submit reviews that month!
